Very courteous Young staff. I asked that they vacuum our two car seats and they were very accommodating and communicated well. I did notice one of the car Door pockets was missed and when I pointed it out, they came back and vacuumed and wiped again. The price of a regular interior/exterior wash has doubled in the past year and it does feel quite steep for what you get. I wish they would use a damp cloth on the leather seats to remove scuff marks from kids shoes. Also, I find it strange that they were removed all of the garbage cans leading up to the exterior wash when everyone needs to empty their car at the start. Nevertheless, it’s convenient fast and the young staff works hard.

Expect nothing and you will be ok. For what it's worth, ok. If you want and need a clean car, you're gonna have to do it yourself. To save myself the grief, I buy the monthly pass... because 9 times out of 10, I'll need to come back 2 or 3 times to get the car decently clean, lol. It is just the way it is. Since they are on my daily commute route, it's fine. But I CERTAINLY never tip in the app anymore. I cant tip until I see the car. It really is that iffy. I just give cash. They NEED to post a QR code for tips. But, they rarely deserve it. Today, the public trash can was full. Guy said no worry, they'll get it. Gave me my keys back with no air freshener (they NEVER remember so I have my own anyway), AND left the trash on my seats. Didn't say anything at all. At LEAST say, "Hey. I didnt get the trash is that ok?. Can you do it? Let me get the trash can for you." SOMETHING. ANYTHING. Sigh. I just realized tomorrow is the monthly payment billing. $85. I just cancelled. I'll try this again, later. Maybe.

While I appreciate that they are paying their workers more, the cost has doubled, but the quality of the service has not! I am very happy to pay for quality work, and I’m thrilled that the workers are getting something that is closer to a living wage. But… See photos. Several area areas that were left untouched.

Just a heads up- do a quality control check before driving away. I paid for the most detailing auto bell would do and many areas were left untouched/ dirty. I had also done a vacuum myself the day before so the work needed was minimal compared to the usual state of my vehicle.

I am a regular drive through customer and pay $19.99 monthly. On Sunday February 8 I had the full service exterior and interior for a bit over $37.00. I was very disappointed. They did not vacuum the back of my car, the doors and cup holders were not wiped down and the steering wheel wasn’t dusted. I spent 30 minutes after returning home to get this done. Certainly not worth the $37 plus I always tip the cleaners. Hopefully, if I ever have it done at the auto bell on merrimon, I’ll definitely check the car before I leave. $37 not well spent.
